Well, I do not know if the brushes are designed in a standard for all Oral-B brush handles or otherwise for different races.

If you check around the Oral-B site, you will notice that are different for different models of electric toothbrush. Most companies, electric toothbrushes. I suspect that creates built in obsolescence of its products in the name of progress.
